Eight states in the Delta Region covering portions of Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee. Approximately 170 hospitals targeted for this project have less than 200 beds and are located in a 240-county/parish area designated by the Delta Regional Authority (DRA).
