Clinical Performance Improvement Assessment
For hospitals needing an update to a previous analysis or for new hospitals that are not seeking comprehensive services, RHPI will provide a clinical service line capacity analysis using departmental manager input and historical utilization to profile the hospital's departments comprehensively. The analysis will specify the strengths and weaknesses of existing services and provide recommendations for volume and operational enhancement of inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services.
