Mississippi Delta Region Hospital Application Information
Consultation
The Delta RHPI Project provides comprehensive performance improvement consultations. Comprehensive PI consultations address broader business planning and sustainability goals. While there is no direct cost for the technical assistance, the Delta RHPI Project requests that hospitals participating in the process:
- Compile available information including financial, utilization and community health data for our analysis prior to the site visit;
- Assign an internal staff person to help compile information and manage logistics;
- Participate in the employee satisfaction survey; and
- Participate in the Delta RHPI Project evaluation process.
